What We Do Not Provide
We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, surgery, injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.), laser treatments requiring physician administration, chemical peels, or any service requiring medical licensure beyond cosmetology / esthetics. We do not prescribe medications.
Non-Medical Services
Studio Luna provides non-medical aesthetic services. Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
Specifically:
- Our body sculpting services are not weight-loss treatments and are not appropriate substitutes for medical weight-loss programs, dietary intervention, or bariatric surgery.
- Our face treatments are not medical dermatology and are not substitutes for evaluation or treatment by a board-certified dermatologist for skin conditions, suspected cancers, or chronic dermatologic disease.
- Our muscle stimulation services are not substitutes for exercise, physical therapy, or medical rehabilitation. They are aesthetic enhancements to existing fitness routines.
If you require medical care, you should consult with an appropriately licensed medical practitioner. Information provided by Studio Luna staff is for general aesthetic guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
FDA Clearance
Every aesthetic device used at Studio Luna has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its specific intended use. FDA clearance means the device has been determined to be substantially equivalent to legally marketed predicate devices and is reasonably safe and effective for its labeled indications.
FDA clearance is not a guarantee of results. It establishes a baseline of safety and the appropriateness of marketing claims, but does not guarantee that individual clients will achieve specific outcomes. We use only devices on labeled, FDA-cleared indications and do not engage in off-label use.
Medical Director Oversight
Studio Luna operates under the oversight of a California-licensed Medical Director who reviews and approves all treatment protocols, equipment, staff training, and standard operating procedures.
Medical Director oversight does not mean that a physician is on site during your treatment, does not establish a physician-patient relationship between you and our Medical Director, and does not elevate our services to medical services. Oversight is a quality assurance and safety standard.

Results & Expectations
Individual results vary. Multiple sessions are typically required for visible results. Outcomes depend on:
- Your starting body composition and skin condition
- Adherence to recommended treatment cadence
- Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sleep, stress)
- Age, genetics, and individual physiology
- Sun protection (for face treatments)
- Adherence to recommended aftercare protocols
We make no warranty or guarantee regarding specific outcomes. Photographs displayed in our gallery represent real client results but should not be interpreted as a promise of similar outcomes for any other individual.
Aesthetic improvements from our services develop gradually, typically over 4–12 weeks. Single-session results are minimal. Maintenance of results requires ongoing care, lifestyle factors, and may benefit from periodic maintenance sessions.

- No aesthetic treatment is completely free of risk, even when performed correctly using FDA-cleared technology.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited under California law.
