Acceptance of Terms

By booking services, visiting our studio, using our website, or otherwise engaging with Studio Luna Body Sculpting ("Studio Luna," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Cancellation Policy, and Late Arrival Policy.

Our Services

Studio Luna provides non-medical aesthetic services. See our Medical Disclaimer for our complete scope of practice, contraindications, and limitations.

All services require a complimentary initial consultation. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone we determine is not an appropriate candidate based on safety considerations.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone at (415) 347-7149, or in person. By booking, you confirm:

• You are 18 years of age or older (minors require parental consent and additional procedures)
• You have provided accurate contact information
• You will disclose all relevant medical history during your consultation
• You agree to our Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements (e.g., Affirm financing) are made in advance. We accept:

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Cash
• Affirm financing

California sales tax applies to applicable services and will be added at checkout. Posted prices do not include tax.

Prices are subject to change. Existing package purchases honor the price at time of purchase.

Affirm Financing

Affirm financing is available for qualifying services. By selecting Affirm:

• You acknowledge that Affirm, not Studio Luna, is your lender
• You authorize Affirm to perform credit checks per their terms
• Your loan terms are governed by your agreement with Affirm
• Studio Luna receives only confirmation of approval — not your loan details

Rates from 0–36% APR. Subject to eligibility. See affirm.com/lenders for lender details. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license. See affirm.com/licenses. Affirm, Inc., NMLS ID 1883087.

Studio Luna Is Not A Lender

Studio Luna does not extend credit, hold loan terms, or service Affirm loans. All financing relationships are between you and Affirm directly. For loan questions, contact Affirm at affirm.com.

Refunds & Adjustments

Refund policies depend on service type:

Individual sessions

• Refundable if cancelled before scheduled time (per Cancellation Policy)
• Generally non-refundable after service completion
• Refunds for unsatisfactory service handled case-by-case based on circumstances

Packages

• Pro-rated refund available for unused sessions, less individual session cost of used sessions
• Package savings (discount vs. individual pricing) are forfeited upon refund
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 12 months of purchase

Affirm-financed purchases

Approved refunds are processed directly through Affirm and applied to your loan balance. You may continue to owe Affirm if your refund does not cover the full loan amount.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. See our complete Cancellation Policy for details on:

• Late cancellation fees
• No-show fees
• Session credit forfeit conditions
• Exception circumstances

Client Conduct

We expect all clients to:

• Treat staff and other clients with respect
• Provide accurate medical and health information
• Follow recommended aftercare protocols
• Arrive sober and able to provide informed consent
• Pay for services as agreed

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who behave inappropriately, who fail to disclose relevant medical information, or who pose a risk to themselves, staff, or other clients.

Liability & Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks (see Medical Disclaimer)
• Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed
• Studio Luna is not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed medical history
• Studio Luna's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that cannot be lawfully limited under California law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Studio Luna:

1. First, contact us directly at info@spastudiolunabodysculpting.com or (415) 347-7149. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
2. If unresolved, disputes are subject to mandatory binding arbitration in San Mateo County, California, conducted by JAMS under their rules.
3. Class action waiver: You agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class action.
4. Small claims exception: Claims under $10,000 may be brought in small claims court.

These Terms are governed by California law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted prominently on our website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance.
